PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for securely producing small cluster water with a small number of clusters, and further, to provide a method for efficiently mass-producing small-cluster water stable even with the lapse of time at low cost.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing small cluster water comprising: a low pressure treatment step where, while the inside of a tank is retained to a pressure other than the vapor pressure of water at the temperature T°C of water to be subjected to low pressure treatment in the tank also at a pressure lower than one atmospheric pressure, dissolved air included in the water is removed; a collision treatment step where a part of the low pressure treated water in the tank obtained through the low pressure treatment step is continuously taken from the tank and is pressurized by a pressurization mechanism, the obtained pressurized water of the low pressure treated water is jetted from a pressurized water jet part toward the low pressure treated water in the tank, and each low pressure treated water is collided; and an easy circulation treatment step where the collision treatment step is continuously repeated, thus the low pressure treated water in the tank is circulated to increase the opportunity of collision of each low pressure treated water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
