PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member production method for improving a freedom degree of a member shape.SOLUTION: When an injection part 96 of a fuel injection valve having an injection hole 94 is produced, first, a core 25 formed into a desired shape of the injection hole 94 is set in a case 123. Then, metallic powder 10 for forming the injection part 96 is laminated in the case 123 where the core 25 is set. Then, the laminated metallic powder 10 is heated and sintered based on the shape of the injection part 96. Therefore, a member with core in which, the injection part 96 having the injection hole 94 and the core 25 inserted into the injection hole 94 are integrated, is molded. Then, the core 25 inserted into the injection hole 94 is removed from the injection part 96. Therefore, the injection part 96 having the injection hole 94 with the desired shape, is produced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
