PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for a foamed laminate sheet capable of: forming a fine rugged shape on the surface of the sheet; suppressing disappearance of the rugged shape having especially small vertical interval; restraining loss of surface luster; showing a low glossy feeling; and showing excellent designability.SOLUTION: A foamed laminate sheet 1 is produced by laminating at least a foamed resin layer 4 and a curable resin layer 9 having a rugged shape on the surface thereof in this order on a substrate 2. The production method includes: (1) a process 1 of laminating a foaming agent-containing resin layer on the substrate; (2) a process 2 of laminating the curable resin layer having the rugged shape on the surface on the foaming agent-containing resin layer by transfer using the transfer sheet in which the curable resin layer is formed on the surface of a rugged surface-processed peeling film; and (3) a process 3 of obtaining a foamed resin layer by foaming the foaming agent-containing resin layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
