PURPOSE:To enable to achieve a saving of resources and energy by constituting a fence with a heat collecting duct and a heat accumulating duct, and by giving a solar energy accumulating function to the fence in addition to the function of the fence. CONSTITUTION:A heat accumulation duct 21 is connected by a bolt with the lower part of a heat collecting duct. The heat accumulating duct 21 is constituted by sticking a heat insulation material on the interior surface of an external casing 22 formed of concrete or cellular concrete, and the inside 21a of the heat accumulating duct 21 is filled with a heat accumulating material 24, such as macadam. With driving of an open air fan, the external air is absorbed into the inside 1a of the heat collecting duct 1 through a louver 12 and a filter 11 of an open air intake 10. At this time, heat collecting plates 7 and 8 are warmed by sunlight, the air absorbed from the outside receives heat from the heat collecting plates 7 and 8, which is taken out as warmed air and achievement of saving of resources and energy can be made possible. |
