<p>A copy controlling system controlling in an arbitrary direction a copy control/numerical control combination apparatus. A control (18) reads numerical information representing the machining path in an X-Y plane and generates a signal indicating the angles (sin α, cos α) of the feeding shaft. The first coordinate transformation circuit (8) converts a copy displacement signal, (ε/X, εY) into a displacement component signal in a feeding axis direction based on a signal representing the angle of the feeding axis. The second coordinate transformation circuit (10) divides a feeding axis direction speed (VA) control signal into X-axis and Y-axis feeding speed (VX, VY) control signals based on a signal representing the angle of the feeding axis. In copy control in a arbitrary direction, the feed control in the Z-axis direction is performed by the Z axis copy displacement signal (εZ), and the feed control in the X-axis and Y-axis directions are performed by the output signal of the second coordinate transformation circuit (10).</p> |
