PURPOSE:To make use of a levee for several purposes by a method in which a water intake from which river water is introduced is provided in part of a structure serving as a levee and facilities for which water introduced from the water intake is used for several purposes inside the structure are provided. CONSTITUTION:A space is formed between walls 2 provided in the vicinity of the side walls 1 of a levee constructed along a river, and an at least three- dimensional structure is formed along the vertical direction of the space. On the uppermost stage of the three-dimensional structure 3, a floor 4 is provided at a position to be in line with the level of the river water, and on the upside of the floor 4, a waterway 5 for the river water is formed. Also, a screen 6 is projectionally provided at the position of the water intake upstream of the waterway 5, a room 7 with a sunshine-taking glass plate is provided at the ceiling part downstream of the waterway 5, and a drain port 8 and a water storage tank 9 for breeding fish are provided downstream of the waterway farther from the room 7. The space 12 between said walls 1 and 2 is utilized as a common trench. |
