PURPOSE:To avoid obstruction against the inhabitation of fish, etc., in the dam, etc., of river by a method in which side walls are formed along a dam constructed of a water-impervious material, e.g., concrete, etc., and a trench-like waterway formed between the side walls is used as a fishway. CONSTITUTION:On the outside of a side wall formed along the longitudinal direction of a dam constructed of a water-impervious material, e.g., concrete, reinforced synthetic resin, or metal, another side wall is constructed with a spacing to form a common trench 3. Furthermore, side walls are further constructed with a spacing on the outside of said side walls to form waterways which are utilized as fishways 4. The fishways 4 are connected to a fish farming tank 1 through a crossing pathway 2 having an opened upside at the downstream end, and the tank 1 is connected to near the central part of river through a communication hole. Also, a device for supplying feed from outside or a fish bank for breeding animal foods as feed may be provided on the way of the fishways 4. |
