PURPOSE:To notify an operator of the fact that a specified load is applied by providing a waring device, a plate spring, and a contacting and adjusting screw in a conductive holder of the small spring balance, and generating warning by the contact of the plate spring and the adjusting screw. CONSTITUTION:The warning generating device comprising an oscillator 8, a battery 9, and a speaker 10 is provided in the conductive holder 11 of the small spring balance. The plate spring 7 is attached to a holding piece 12, and a circuit is constituted so that the warning is generated by the contact of the contacting and adjusting screw 15. When said balance is hooked on a bonding wire which connects a semiconductor chip and a bonding pat and pulled, the spring 7 and the screw 15 are contacted at the specified load, and the warning is generated. At this time, the state of the wire is confirmed. Therefore the operator is not required to see both the balance scale and the state of the work and notified of the fact that the specified load is applied. |
