The invention relates to the field of ophthalmology, especially to homografts for conjunctiviplasty. According to the invention, the proposed homografts represent the posterior peritoneal fascia. The present invention can be applied in the sequelae of a trachoma or of burns, in recent burns, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, various growths, pterygium and wounds.
