The first set of mounting seat 36-1 and second set of mounting seat include, respectively, a load side mounting seat 36A and a counter-load side mounting seat 36B separated in the axial direction. The load side mounting seat 36A is connected with a plurality of load side terminal fins 40A extending farther to the load side than the load side mounting seat 36A, And the counter-load side mounting seat 36B is connected with a plurality of counter-load side terminal fins 40B extending farther to the counter-load side than the counter-load side mounting seat 36B.
