Tent installation and method of heating a tent

The tent installation consists of a tent and a heating device connected thereto with a flow heater and a supply line for heating water, which opens into a shower cabin of the tent. An auxiliary line, which is connected to a heat exchanger which is situated in an undressing cabin of the tent, branches off from the supply line. This heat exchanger serves for heating the circulating air which is present in the tent and to which fresh air can be added sometimes. In the method according to the invention, heating water which is not necessary for showering is supplied in an auxiliary flow to the heat exchanger which at the same time draws in the circulating air and possibly fresh air in addition via a drawing-in arrangement so that this air is heated to the desired room temperature by the already present energy of the heating water, as a result of which the tent space of the tent can be heated easily and economically.
