Cyclic alpha -amino derivatives of 1-(3',4'-methylenedioxyphenyl)-ethanol of the general formula I: <IMAGE> in which R1 represents a hydrogen atom, or a methyl or phenyl radical and R2 represents a morpholinyl or piperazinyl radical or a benzylpiperazinyl radical substituted in the p-position by a methyl, chlorine or methoxy group, and their non-toxic addition salts, a process for their preparation and pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds.
