PURPOSE:To obtain an effective surface broiling and interior permeation heating and to enable delicious cooking, by a method wherein a large number of small holes are provided on a radiator molded of a ceramic material, and a material to be cooked underneath the radiator is cooked by heating the radiator from below. CONSTITUTION:A device is so constituted that a material 12 to be cooked which is located on a lower tray 10 is cooked by heating a radiator 4 provided on the upper part of the inside of a cooking instrument housing 1 by a burner 3, the radiator 4 is molded of ceramic materials such as Al2O3, SiO2 and MgO, a large number of small holes 5 are provided on the radiator 4 and a narrow part 8 is provided further to make the ventilation resistance between the upper surface of the radiator 4 and the cooking instrument housing 1 larger. Effective surface broiling and interior permeation heating are obtained, and delicious and ideal broiling cooking is enabled, namely, by a method wherein long wave length infrared rays are taken out effectively by forming the radiator 4 in ceramics, and the density of ceramice is reduced partially, a high temperature part is prepared and strong short wave length infrared rays are made to emit by providing a large number of small holes 5 on the radiator 4. |
