PURPOSE:To improve the assembly means and reliability as well as to reduce working cost by forming an abutting part between upper and lower portions of a sealed vessel into a convexed shape toward the outside diameter direction of the vessel, by fitting the cylindrical outside brim of a fixing plate into a recessed part formed inside the vessel, and by welding these three members. CONSTITUTION:Abutting parts 17a and 16a of upper and lower portions 17 and 16 of a sealed vessel are formed into convexed shape radially toward the outside of the vessel so that thus constituted recess part inside the vessel can be fitted to the cylindrical outside brim of a frame fixing plate 12, and these three members are welded simultaneously as shown by 18. With these contrivances, the assembling of a compressor can be completed by one periphery weldings. Thus, the reliablity against leakage is increased while the assembling efficiency is improved so that the manufacturing cost can be reduced. In addition, the inside of the sealed vessel is constituted in such a manner that it can contain high pressure gas. The vessel is subjected to axial force F1 and radial force F2, but since, simultaneous welding of the frame fixing plate 12 provides the function of a strength mamber against the radial force F2, the radial deformation of the sealed vessel can be reduced. |
