<p>Medicament for protecting and resuscitating white blood (plasma), esp. lymphocytes, comprises magnesium desoxyribonucleinate (I), which is also known as magnesium desoxyribonucleate. (I) may be used in association with a liver antitoxic fraction (II), pref. using 5-100 mg of (I) per 100 mg of (I). (I), opt. with (II), has no effect on normal blood plasma (there are no contraindications e.g. in the case of leukaemia) but resuscitates the plasma when it is affected e.g. by drugs, such as chloramphenical and corticoids, or by viral infections. (II) reinforces and accelerates the action of (I). The medicament has no affect on the viral infection, but controls secondary infections after eliminating the necessity to use antibiotics.</p> |
