For adjusting the inclination of the lower cymbal plate (3) of a cymbal machine for drum kits, an adjustment device (8) is provided between the upper end of the support tube (2) and the lower cymbal plate (3). This device consists of a disc-shaped support (10) and of an adjustment disc (13) which in each case have support surfaces (12 or 14) extending at an angle to their longitudinal axis (11 or 15), with which surfaces they lie directly on one another. By rotation of the adjustment disc (13) relative to the disc-shaped support (10), the support surface (18) for the lower cymbal plate (3) can be modified in its position of inclination. <IMAGE>
