PURPOSE:To manufacture a transmission V-belt at a low price which has made an inside circumferential length difference of each band optimum easily, by laminating an endless band which has welded each both end of a band-like body, except the innermost circumferential band obtained by cut-forming a seamless pipe to prescribed width. CONSTITUTION:The innermost circumferential band 14a is manufactured by cutting a seamless pipe 16a of an inside diameter (d) and thickness (t) to width W. Also, as for a band 14b doubled on the band 14a, a band-like body of width W and length pi (d+2t+alpha') is manufactured from a plate material of thickness (t), it is rounded like a ring, each both end is butted, and a butted part alpha' is welded and junctioned. As a result, as endless band 14b of an inside diameter d+2t+alpha', width W and thickness (t) is obtained. After that, in the same way, endless bands 14c,...14e whose inside circumferential length has become large by 2t+alpha each are manufactured, and a layer-like band 14 is obtained by fitting them in order. Subsequently, to this band 14, a lot of blocks 5 are assembled, by which an objective transmission V-belt 13 is completed. |
