PURPOSE:To obtain correct component concentrations of a sample regardless of abnormal output signals of a standard sample by providing a decision device which is adapted to output signals to a memory device only when output signals of the standard sample are obtained within the allowable range. CONSTITUTION:A decision device 9 determines whether or not outputs of a standard sample newly analyzed are in the fixed allowable range with respect to output signals of the standard sample stored in a memory device 10. If they are so, the output signals of the newly analyzed standard sample are provided to the memory device 10. Otherwise, the output signals are refused to be provided to the memory device 10. This allows the use of only normal output signals of the standard sample for the calculation by accurate decision thereby assuring the measurement of correct components concentration of the sample even when there are abnormal output signals coming from the standard sample. |
