发明名称 QUANTITATIVE FEEDING METHOD FOR NEGATIVE FLUX POWDER
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a feeding method which prevents adhesion of electrostatic through removal of a friction electricity produced in a metal weighing device and a conical guide tube when a negative flux powder passes therethrough, and is uniform and very less uneven with regard to a quantitative feed method for a negative flux for use in a battery, by applying an electrostatic inhibitor to a metal weighing device and an inner wall of its attendant meta conical guide tube. CONSTITUTION:A hopper 2, containing a negative flux powder 1, in which gelled zinc powder and carboxylmethylcellulose with 100-200 mesh being previously weighed in a specified amount are mixed, and a slide plate 3 operate horizontally between an upper part 4 of a weighing device body and a lower part 5 of a weighing device body, whose inner wall is coated with an electrostatic inhibotor 7, and a specified amount of the negative flux powder 1 is weighted by a measure-levelling method. The electrostatic inhibitor 7 is applied to an inner wall of a metal conical guide tube 6.
