PURPOSE:To attain momentary an image pickup, by storing at least one screen's share of picture information, in a photoelectric conversion type image pickup means, while a switch for recording is operated and the recording system is risen. CONSTITUTION:In closing a recording switch 17 at a time t1, a power supply is given to each circuit. A shutter 3 is closed with a shutter control circuit 9, transfer pulses phi1, phi2, and phi3 are outputted from a driver circuit 8 to eliminate a dark current. When a time T0 set to a shutter time set circuit 6 is elapsed, the shutter completes exposure for an image pickup element 5, and the picture information for one screen's share just after the closing of the switch 17 is stored in a photodetection section in the element 5. As a result, the momentary pickup can be done and a picture recorder of save-power type can be attained. |
