<p>The device comprises a swivelling pointer (1) which is in contact, at a given place (1'), with a component (8) of the magazine (9). In presence of a component (8) at this place (1'), the pointer (1) is in one position; in the absence of components, it is in another position which is visually different from the first. This simple device is useful in the automatic machines which insert integrated circuits. It is used to signal that the secondary magazines which supply the primary magazines are almost empty. In one application, the pointer (1), fitted on a support (11), swivels by gravity around an axle (3) between the two positions. A stop (4) limits its movement.</p> |
