PURPOSE:The titled composition having improved impact resistance, strength and rigidity, comprising an ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer obtained by using a propylene polymer, a propylene/alpha-olefin copolymer and a specific catalyst. CONSTITUTION:(A) 40-95pts.wt. propylene homopolymer and/or copolymer of propylene and 2-8C alpha-olefin is blended with (B) 5-60pts.wt. ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer having 0.86-0.91 density and 0.01-30 melt index obtained by copolymerizing (ii) ethylene with (iii) 3-12C alpha-olefin in the presence of (i) a catalyst comprising a solid substance containing Mg and Ti and/or V and an organoaluminum compd. to give a composition. The component B is preferably prepared by gas-phase polymerization. EFFECT:Having improved impact resistance even at low temperature. |
