The set-up folding box, comprising bottom (1) and the walls (2 to 5), has stacking tabs (7), which are connected to the end walls (4 and 5) by means of a seam. Attached to the stacking tabs (7) are lateral extension tabs (10), which are adhesively attached by their outer surfaces to the inner surface of the connecting tabs (6). The connecting tabs (6), which have a diagonal seam (8), are likewise attached to the end walls (4 and 5). Provided in each case in the stacking tab (7) is an oblique seam (18), which in interaction with the other features makes it possible for the set-up folding box to be made from a single blank and for it to be set up from a folded-together, adhesively bonded blank without any aids, the set-up folding box then being fully ready for use. <IMAGE>
