PURPOSE:To secure a recoil starter with smooth operation by furnishing an expansion cover, which covers the starter rope, between the steering wheel and the room accommodating a pulley to wind up the starter rope and thereby hindering rainwater, dust, etc. in the lead-out hole from intruding directly into the accommodating room. CONSTITUTION:A starter rope 17 is covered with bellows 23 as a cover expansive at the part to lead out to outside through a lead-out hole 18. The bellows 23 consist of a coil spring molded in plastics and hinder rainwater, mud, dust, etc. from intruding, so that the accommodation room 11 is well protected against them. |
