PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a code error at the initiation of a coding data section, by providing the 2nd reactive section of non-signal between the 1st reactive section to which a synchronizing signal is inserted and the coding data section to which a coding data is inserted. CONSTITUTION:The 2nd reactive section 4 of non-signal is provided between the 1st reactive section 3 to which a synchronizing signal is inserted and a coding data section to which a coding data is inserted. Then the 3rd reactive section 4 of non-signal is set at the end of a coding data section 5. A data enable signal generator 7 supplies a synchronizing signal (a) to produce a data enable signal (b) which is set at a low level from a time point before a prescribed time to a time point after a prescribed time. This signal (b) is applied to a storage circuit 8. The circuit 8 stores a coding data (c) and then delivers this data when the signal (b) is set at a high level. An OR circuit 9 obtains both the signal (a) and the data (c') and delivers a synthetic signal (d) to supply it to a modulator 10. The signal (d) is obtained by converting into a format. |
