PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking tool by which watery cooked rice can be preferably cooked while suppressing boiling over.SOLUTION: A cooking tool 1 comprises: heating means 3 for heating a cooking container 2; temperature detection means 4; a timer 5; heating amount adjustment means 6; watery cooked rice command means 7; and operation control means 8. The operation control means comprises: an initial heating control part 22 for controlling so that the heating means heats by an initial heating amount which is larger than a minimum heating amount, and heating by the initial heating amount is continued until a time point when a temperature equilibrium state is detected based on a temperature detection value by the temperature detection means, when a watery cooked rice mode is commanded by watery cooked rice command means; a suppression heating control part 23 for controlling so that the heating means performs heating for a predetermined time, by a suppression heating amount which is larger than the minimum heating amount and is smaller than the initial heating amount, after heating by the initial heating amount; and a cooking control part 24 for, controlling so that the heating means performs heating by the minimum heating amount for a predetermined time, and then stops the heating, after heating by the suppression heating amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
