PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine which can increase washing capacity without enlarging an outer shape of a washing and dewatering tub, and which can suppress entering and biting of laundry between the washing and dewatering tub and an outer tub cover during a dewatering operation.SOLUTION: A washing machine 1 includes: an inner tub 9 of a washing and dewatering tub of laundry i; an annular fluid balancer 12 provided at an upper part of the inner tub 9, and having a fluid 12c inside for suppressing vibration of the inner tub 9 during a dewatering operation; and an outer tub 10 for storing washing water and for accommodating the inner tub 9. The fluid balancer 12 has an inclined peripheral surface 12n11, on an inner peripheral surface 12n1, inclining toward the inner tub 9 side when the inner tub 9 vibrates and inclines during the dewatering operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
