Gas burner for domestic cooking apparatus comprising a gas feed tube (1), a mixing tube (9) and a burner cover (15) near the outlet of the mixing tube (9). The outlet member is formed as an appertured flow plate (3) which is connected to the gas feed tube (1) in sealing relationship with the intermediary of a flexible ring (4). By exchanging the flow plate (3) the burning capacity can be changed at the site of use.
