PURPOSE:To automate works to mount cores on a magazine by taking out the cores, which upon being punched by an automatic press are coming up with an approx. constant speed on a stacking shoot in horizontal positioning, one stacking thickness after another as desired from the leading part of the train of cores. CONSTITUTION:The leading part of a train of cores under continuous transportation on a stacking shoot 18 is received by a receptacle member 41a, which is braked by a core tumble preventive cylinder 41c so as to make possible transportation by the force of core train. Thus this leading part advances in the direction of core transportation. When this receptacle member 41a actuates an approach switch 47, operation of the cylinder moves upward a cut-off member 63 whose oversurface is formed as a slope 630, that will heave the trailing edge of a core stack 64 over the slope 63a and separate this stack, from the train of cores in a specific stacking thickness. Then operation of another cylinder 43a allows a pushing member 43c to push the trailing edge of the core stack 64, which is now transferred to a magazine 45 on magazine rack 44. |
