发明名称 LONGITUDINAL CRACK DETECTING DEVICE FOR CONVEYOR BELT
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a belt while eliminating wire connecting parts by constructing a resonance circuit with a coil obtained by spirally rolling a conductor, a spiral condenser and a lead wire in a device where the resonance circuit for detecting longitudinal crack is burried within the cover rubber of a conveyor blet. CONSTITUTION:A coil 2 obtained by spirally rolling a lead wire 8, and a spiral condenser 8 are respectively burried in parallel within a cover rubber and also inside the end edge in the width direction of cover rubber (not illustrated) which is piled on the insulating rubber 7 of a conveyor belt 1. These coil 2 and spiral condenser 9 are connected with each other via a plurality of corrugated lead wires 4 arranged in parallel along the belt 1 width direction X, and a resonance circuit 5 for longitudinal crack detection is constituted by these coil 2, spiral condenser 9, and lead wires 4. This resonance circuit 5 is constructed by rolling in a form of arranged two pieces both ends of the conductors 8 of lead wires 4, each wound as a coil 2 so as, to form the spiral condenser 9.
