PURPOSE:To prevent the increase in the readout speed at decoding, by detecting the changing position from a white or a black picture element to a black or a white picture element, and converting it to an original serial picture when the position is stored in other memory for transfer, for preventing a temporary interruption of data readout. CONSTITUTION:A synchronizing signal detecting circuit 2 monitors always a signal from an input terminal 1, and when a line synchronizing signal is detected, an FF4 is cleared and a count-up signal is given to a counter 3 for counting. The content of an ROM6 to be accessed depends on the data from the FF4 and the terminal and codes D7, D6 are outputted to a control circuit 7. Further, the circuit 7 fetches a code D5-D6 to a register 9 when the code D7 is ''1'' and the D6 is ''0'', a flag of the FF4 is inverted and an output of the counter 3 and an adder 10 sets a flag in an address of a memory 12. Every time the flag is detected, the otput signal is inverted and decoded into original information, allowing to prevent the readout speed from being increased. |
