PURPOSE:To simplify the decision of a working mode and to facilitate easy handling of an ECR, by providing a memory which stores applicable and inapplicable working modes for each operator code and deciding an applicable range of the working mode based on the storage contents of the memory. CONSTITUTION:A key groove 6a is provided at an operator switch part 6 of an ECR, and a key 10 of each operator is put into the groove 6a. At the same time, a mode change key 5a is provided at a key input part 5. When the key 5a is operated, the code put into the part 6 is supplied to a CPU 11. At the CPU 11 the data is transferred between a timepiece part 13 and a memory 14, and the applicable and inapplicable working modes are stored for each operator into a mode code memory 14b and an operator-based memory 14c. Then a range of the working mode is decided based on the storage contents of the memory 14. Thus the working mode is decided easily for each operator of an ECR. |
