PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a filtering device.SOLUTION: There is provided a filtering device having a single moving piston for heightening a fluid pressure in a back flash mode so that pressure rise can be attained for each screen or a filter element to be cleaned. In the filtering device, a unique moving piston as a pressure generator is required instead of 2 pieces of a 2-cavity filtering device or 4 pieces of 4-cavity filtering device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11A |
