PURPOSE:To obtain strong hermetic joints for a concrete caisson by a method in which a flexible baggy sheet is inserted into a notched portion for joint provided in side walls of the adjacent caissons and supported by a supporting pipe, and a solidifying agent is injected orderly into the sheet, the pile, and the sheet. CONSTITUTION:Notched portions C are provided partly in side walls of the adjacent concrete caissons, and a flexible baggy sheet 1 is inserted into the space formed by the notched portions. Rigid hollow pipes 2 connected with a spacer holding a given interval are provided at both ends of the inside of the sheet 1. The lower end of the piles 2 is sealed up, and a solidifying agent 5, e.g., cement mortar, etc., is injected into the sheet 1. The solidifying agent 5 is also injected into the piles 2 and finally the agent 5 is injected into the sheet 1 through an injection pipe 4 provided inside the sheet 1. Therefore, regardless of the shape and size of the notched portions, strong joints can be formed. |
