A plastic container for apportioning and dispensing liquid has a single opening 8 and a liquid-filled bottle 11, which is moulded as a single piece with an apportioning and dispensing vessel 6 and a corresponding connection channel 2. The vessel 6 or a pouring head is connected to the bottle 1 via a neck 11 with an opening 12, which after the filling of the bottle is closed with a plug 13, which can be introduced through the top opening 8. The vessel 6 can be provided with a removable liner, which fits the inside of the vessel, and the liner and plug 13 can be integrated with each other. <IMAGE>
