PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riding vehicle in which a seat part can be displaced between a closed position where, the seat part covers from an upper side, at least one of a maintenance space and a storage space and allows seating of a passenger, and an open position where the seat part opens at least one of the maintenance space and the storage space, and the seat part is supported to a vehicle body frame, capable of opening widely, an upper opening of at least one of the storage space and the maintenance space when the seat part is at the open position.SOLUTION: A seat support part 40 for supporting a seat part 22 at a closed position from a lower side, is disposed on a vehicle body frame F in a manner in which, the seat part 22 is detachably attached to the seat support part 40.
