Device for differential thermal analysis employing pressure measurement which consists of heatable crucibles (3, 4) fitted with thermocouples (5, 6) for a specimen to be examined and for a comparison specimen. The temperature difference between the specimens can be measured by means of the thermocouples. For the purpose of pressure measurement, the specimen crucible (3) is sealed by a membrane (10) whose force is transmitted via a contact plunger (11) and a feeler rod (15) to a measuring transducer (12) whose output is connected to a display or recording device (16). <IMAGE>
