PURPOSE:To improve the service at emergent calling, by developing the number group with an emergent number if all emergent calling trunks are in busy when a subscriber dials the emergent number so as to perform the representing group function. CONSTITUTION:When an extension subscriber SUB makes a call in the normal emergent call, a central controller CC connects outgoing trunks ORT via a peripheral controller SPC and compares a number stored in the ORT with emergent number information recorded in a storage device MM when the SUB is finished for dialing. When they are dissident, the normal calling connection is done. When they are coincident, the information of trunk group corresponding to each emergent number is obtained to discriminate whether the group is busy entirely or not. If there is an idle trunk in the group, the idle trunk and the SUB are connected. When the group is busy entirely, the corresponding emergent number group is developed to read out the representing group of a transfer designated subscriber for attaining the normal key number group processing, and an idle subscriber in the group is found out and the connection via the intra-office trunk is attained. |
