PURPOSE:To provide an electronic oven equipped with a scale adapted to conveniently weigh a net weight and optimize a heating control so that an electric circuit for weighing the weight of foodstuff may be simplified and a micro- computer may alleviate the burden of program-structuring. CONSTITUTION:An A/D converter incorporated in a micro-computer 21 for controlling the behavior of wave oscillator 3 is adapted to read a voltage at a contact 14 of variable resistor 13 provided as the weighing means of foodstuff 9 to be heated, and a voltage of volume 20 provided for weighing a net weight. The difference in voltages thus read out is utilized to calculate the weight of foodstuff 9 to be heated for optimizing the heat-cooking operation.
