PURPOSE:To use an output of a microwave oscillator as a local oscillation signal by fitting an isolation variable metal adjusting screw to a Y junction part of a waveguide circulator. CONSTITUTION:The isolation variation metal adjusting screw 21 is fitted to the Y axis located on a position turned from the center axis X of the 1st arm 18-1 of the Y junction part 17 by about 60 deg.. When the adjusting screw 21 is turned from the upper part, the screw 21 is moved in the direction of an arrow, an upper or lower direction. The movement changes the interval between the point 22 of the screw 21 and a ferrite magnetic core 19. In accordance with said variation, the distribution of the magnetic field of microwaves transmitted to respective arms 18-1-18-3 is changed and, consequently, the isolation of respective ports P1-P3 is changed. By adjusting the adjusting screw 21 properly, the output of the microwave oscillator can be set up to the prescribed local oscillation signal level of a receiving mixer. |
