发明名称 Travelling formwork for casing-concrete walls
摘要 Although disposable casing-concrete formworks made of insulating materials, in particular of rigid foam boards of the lower weight class, are optimally heat-insulating, they are unsuitable as a concrete formwork. These insulating-material formworks are able to offer only insufficient formwork resistance to the high pressure of a fresh concrete mass moved by pouring and vibration. Formwork bulging or formwork fractures can be prevented in this case only if the core concrete is delayed and poured in in small portions. To be able to fill such a soft casing-concrete formwork to wall height at least in two passes - and hence to make it also industrially usable - a dimensionally limited hard formwork unit (travelling formwork according to the patent description) displaceable laterally on rollers is placed over it. After it has resisted the main pressure of the core concrete mass, produced by the filling and vibratory movement, the travelling formwork unit can move on with the filling point, since the soft casing formwork uncovered again thereby is now able to withstand on its own the much lower pressure of the core concrete mass now at rest. A further advantage of the invention is to be seen in that the loading weight of the travelling formwork presses the light casing-concrete formwork down so that it is unable to "float up" during concreting. In this process, the horizontal casing joints are also pressed together so that, even in the case of any subsequent post-shrinkage of the boards, no ... Original abstract incomplete.
