PURPOSE:To remove the occupation of an input circuit due to the increment of multiple-connection subscriber's accesses and to prevent the pressure of other terminating accesses by regulating the connection to the multiple-connection subscriber when the connections of the multiple-connection subscriber exceed threshold and the number of simultaneously used channels of the input circuit exceeds the threshold. CONSTITUTION:The multiple-connection subscriber 1 and general subscribers 2, 3 are accommodated in a channel device 4 and the connection of these subscribers to channels 11-17 connected to the input circuit 7 is controlled by a CPU 5 connected to a congestion detecting device 6. The detecting device 6 is provided with a counter 21 counting the number of accesses and connected to the multiple-connection subscriber 1, a counter 22 counting the using channels of the input circuit 7, registers 23, 24 storing thresholds, comparators 25, 26, and an AND circuit 27. The threshold of the register 23 is used as the number of simultaneous connections to the multiple-connection subscriber and the threshold of the register 24 is used as the simultaneous using channels of the input circuit 7. Thus, the connection of a terminating access to the multiple-connection subscriber 1 is regulated and the pressure of other terminating access is prevented. |
