PURPOSE:To realize a stereoscopic vision observing a right eye image and a left eye image, by constituting so that the right eye image and the left eye image having the same polarizing wave face are made to pass through a polarizing wave face rotor operated by synchronizing with the timing by which the right eye image and the left eye image pass through a polarizing plate, by the polarizing plate. CONSTITUTION:A film which photographs alternately a right eye image and a left eye image is loaded to a projector 7, and for instance, the right eye image and the left eye image are projected by a frame feed of 60 frames/sec. The projected right eye image and left eye image become, for instance, a polarized light having a vertical wave face by a polarizing plate 8. A PLZT ceramic element 9 which receives application of voltage outputted from an electric power source part 10 by synchronizing with the frame feed of the projector 7 rotates the polarizing wave face of the right eye image horizontally from vertically by applying the voltage, in case of the frame feed of the right eye image, and does not rotate the polarizing wave face of the left eye image but makes it transmit as it is by applying no voltage, in case of the frame feed of the left eye image. Accordingly, the right eye image and the left eye image are displayed alternately on a screen 11, and also the respective images are displayed by 30 frames each in one second. |
