Nitroglycerine spray composed of nitroglycerin, neutral oil, propellant gas and optionally customary additives is characterised in that it contains 60 to 95% by weight of propellant gas. The increase in the propellant gas content compared with known nitroglycerin sprays completely unexpectedly results in a considerable increase in the bioavailability of the nitroglycerin. <IMAGE>
