Spring element for rocker arms of wheeled and tracked vehicles

The rocker arm of a wheeled or tracked vehicle is supported on a hydro-mechanical spring element, the load being supported by the hydraulic pressure in a hydraulic cylinder and the deflection movements of the rocker arm in the event of variations in force occurring counter to the force of pretensioned springs. The spring element can absorb large forces whilst taking up little space. In addition the spring element can be hydraulically adjusted such that the rocker arm can be raised and lowered and the spring pretension varied. <IMAGE>
