The arrangement according to the Main Application P3212618.2 contains a film (2) of piezoelectric material which is provided on at least one of its flat sides with electrically conductive regions which are used as electrodes (8 to 14 and 38 to 42) and are in each case at least partially covered by an elastomer (48 to 59). A cavity (26 to 31 and 44 to 47) is in each case formed between adjacent elastomers of the same flat side. According to the invention, the electrodes (8 to 13) which are arranged on at least one of the flat sides are provided for resistance measurement.
