PURPOSE:To burn all combustible substances (solid, semisolid liquid) by means of a single burner and to save energy, by a method wherein forced feed and high-pressure compression of fuel are effected through rotation of a screw-shaped uneven part, and solidification and discharge of residual ash are performed by a single middle shaft rotary body. CONSTITUTION:While the combustible substances charged from a hopper 1 are forcibly fed, agitated and moved forward around a heating shaft 3, heated to about 800 deg.C, by means of the uneven spiral screw of a middle shaft rotary body 2, the combustible substance generate heat and gas, and a part of the generated gas is injected through gas bleed holes 4 to form flame. Further, a part of the generated gas is bled through a gas outlet 5, and is injected through a gas directional injection port 6 to heat a middle shaft rotary body 2 and a heating shaft 3. By means of the number of revolutions of a motor 7, flame is kept in a constant manner, a dry-distilled semi-residual mattter is placed and pushed on an uneven vane, an uneven residual matter is also compressed again to be gasified. The gasified matter is injected through the gas bleed holes 4 to form flame, but residual ash is discharged through a residual discharge port 8. |
