PURPOSE:The titled multistage polymer resin having high elongation, improved heat resistance, weather resistance, and transparency, and low refractive index, comprising the innermost layer, a rubber elastic material layer having successively rising glass transition temperature, a middle layer, and the outermost layer, consisting of fluoroacrylate, respectively. CONSTITUTION:(A) A monomer consisting essentially of a fluoroalkyl acrylate is polymerized to give the innermost polymer layer, (B) a fluoroalkyl (meth) acrylate and a crosslinkable monomer are dropped to it and polymerized to form a rubber elastic polymer layer having <=0 deg.C glass transition temperature (Tg). (C) A fluoroalkyl (meth)acrylate is then dropped to it and polymerized to form a middle layer, and (D) a monomer consisting essentially of a fluoroalkyl methacrylate is dropped to it and polymerized, to form the outermost polymer layer having >=50 deg.C Tg. The polymer of middle layer has Tg higher than Tg of the component B, and lower than Tg of the component D.
