PURPOSE:A resin composition having improved ridigity and impact resistance, showing low reduction in modulus in flexture when it is used in a high-temperature atmosphere, by subjecting an ethylene-olefin copolymer having specific physical properties to graft modification with an unsaturated carboxylic acid. CONSTITUTION:(A) 50-100wt% ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer polymerized in the presence of a polymerization catalyst containing Ti, Mg and halogen, having <=35% crystallinity by X-rays, a ratio of melt index at 10<6> dyne/cm<3> to at 10<5> dyne/cm<3> at 190 deg.C of >=18, beta dispersion Tg by dynamic viscoelastic measurement of <=-40 deg.C, and >=5X10<8>dyne/cm<3> storage elastic modulus at 20 deg.C, showing 105-120 deg.C endothermic peak measured by a differential calorimeter, is blended with (B) 0-50wt% polyolefin resin, and (C) 0.01-5wt% unsaturated carboxylic acid (derivative) based on the total amount of the components A and B is grafted on them, to give a modified polyolefin resin composition.
