PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having excellent processability and resistance to heat and boiling water, consisting of a specified arom. polyester and a conjugated diene rubber-modified thermoplastic arom. vinyl resin. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of terephthalic acid and isophthalic acid or their functional derivatives (in a molar ratio of terephthalic acid group to isophthalic acid group of 9:1-1:9) and a bisphenol of the formula (wherein -X- is -O-, -S-, -SO2- ; R1-R4 and R'1-R'4 are each H, halogen, a hydrocarbon group) are subjected to a polycondensation reaction to obtain an arom. polyester (A). An arom. monomer such as styrene is graft-polymerized in the presence of 2-50wt% conjugated diene rubbery polymer such as polybutadiene to obtain a conjugated diene rubber-modified thermoplastic arom. vinyl resin (B). 5-95wt% component A is blended with 95-5wt% component B.
